Cloud Coffee's first edition of our signature Espresso Blend. Carefully crafted for a delightful experience as both espresso & a milk-based coffee with your choice of milk. Our blend consists of two coffee's being 60% Guatemala Washed Wayakan from Huehuetenango & 40% Ethiopian Washed Arsosala from the Guji region.

The Guatemalan coffee delivers a rich, chocolatey depth, with a smooth buttery texture, while the Ethiopian brings a vibrant layer of ripe red berries. This blend highlights the unique characteristics of both origins & is a light to Medium roast.

Guji, Ethiopia is a beautifully forested area in southern Ethiopia. Before the early 2000's, this region was considered part of Sidama, but has since become its own region. The people of Guji grow coffee gardens at very high altitudes in the rich red soil of the highlands, setting this coffee's profile apart from neighboring regions. These smallholders deliver their coffee to washing stations to be sorted and processed together, developing flavors of fruits, deep chocolate, and light floral.

Huehuetenango, Guatemala is situated in western Guatemala, bordering Mexico, Huehuetenango is renowned for its ideal coffee-growing conditions. With high altitudes, a favorable climate, and water sources, the region produces some of Latin America’s finest coffees from chocolatey, full-bodied offerings to fruit-forward microlots.
