Current offering: Santa Clara Estate Coffee – A Rich Taste of Guatemala.

Santa Clara Estate is located in Guatemala’s renowned Antigua Valley, surrounded by the volcanic peaks of Agua, Fuego and Acatenango. The estate sits at an elevation of 1,550–1,890 metres above sea level, where fertile volcanic soils, high elevations and a cool climate create ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffee.

Owned and managed by fourth-generation coffee farmer Ricardo Zelaya, Santa Clara Estate has been producing coffee for generations. The Bourbon variety is carefully washed and processed on the estate, allowing the team to maintain close control over quality from harvest through to drying.

In the cup, Santa Clara Estate is rich and full-bodied, with a smooth sweetness of chocolate and caramel complemented by comforting biscuit notes.
