Shipping Policy

Overview
At Cloud Coffee Pty Ltd trading as Cloud Coffee, we strive to deliver freshly roasted coffee beans to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of our products.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide and to some international locations. If your region is not available please email us at cloudcoffee@outlook.com.au

Shipping Methods
We primarily use Australia Post, with rates and delivery times calculated automatically at checkout through a 3rd party. This ensures accurate and up-to-date shipping information.

In certain circumstances, we may use alternative carriers (e.g. CouriersPlease, Aramex, Sendle), or make local deliveries from our friendly team to ensure timely and efficient service. The choice of carrier is at our discretion based on delivery location, order size, or delivery urgency.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched on Fridays and sometimes earlier. However, if you need something sooner - please email cloudcoffee@outlook.com.au to arrange. 

  • Subscription orders are fulfilled according to your selected schedule.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days

  • Local deliveries may be faster, depending on staff availability and proximity.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, carrier delays, public holidays). 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the site.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may be subject to different handling times, shipping methods, and minimum order quantities. We will contact you directly to confirm fulfillment and delivery details if needed.

Subscription Deliveries
Subscription customers can choose their preferred delivery frequency. These orders are automatically fulfilled and shipped per your selected schedule. You can manage your subscription preferences via your account dashboard.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some orders may be delivered with Authority to Leave if no one is available to receive the package. Please indicate at checkout if you have a secure place for deliveries.

In-House Delivery
For customers within certain local areas, we may offer hand delivery by our team. This method may not always be visible at checkout but will be confirmed with you directly where applicable.

Delays and Issues
If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us at [your contact email or phone number] and we will investigate promptly. While we are not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
