Roasted for filter, this coffee has a chocolaty profile with some nice fruit undertones and a nutty finish - combined with a lighter roast helps bring out the undertones that makes it so good, it's suspicious. 

This coffee comes from Tehuacán de la Sierra in Puebla, Mexico and is known for volcanic soils and elevations ranging from 800 to 1,200 meters above sea level and combined with warm days and cool nights contributes to the development of such rich complex flavour in the coffee.
