Sidamo Coffee – A Signature Taste of Ethiopia.

Sidamo is one of Ethiopia’s three trademarked coffee regions, alongside Harrar and Yirgacheffe. Located in the fertile Great Rift Valley, Sidamo benefits from rich soil, high elevation, and abundant freshwater lakes—ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee.

Farming here is mostly traditional and organic-by-default. Coffee is inter cropped with other plants, grown with little to no chemicals, and processed almost entirely by hand.
