Roasted for filter, this coffee is bursting with bright, tropical, juicy flavours of Raspberry Candy, Passionfruit & Pineapple! You can feel the juiciness dancing on the side of your cheeks. It's a fairly clean cup, featuring crisp citrus clarity & has a nostalgic candy-like sweetness reminiscent of a Red Skin lolly. A subtle whisper of sourness adds balance - not sharp but more like the fresh edge of a ripe stone fruit.

Luis Anibal Calderon was a Huila Best Cup 2016 top 30 finalist. He started with a small lot gifted to him by his father, and since then, he’s been expanding and refining his processing methods. Luis and his family run the farm together. Luis picks only ripe cherries, ferments them dry for 25 hours, and then dries the coffee in his parabolic dryer for about 25 days.
